It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Anthony Joseph “A-Jay” DiGirolamo, 47 years old of Hampton, NH. He is the son of Anthony “Deeg” DiGirolamo and his wife Debbie of Lynn, MA formerly of East Boston, and the late Eileen (Carlton) DiGirolamo, his brothers Jeff and Scott Mack and the love of his life Diana Castiello of Ware, MA and many beloved Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, nephews cousins and countless friends.
He was born and raised in East Boston MA, he attended Latin Academy where he ended up getting his GED at a later date. He went on to study computer programming at a technical school in Boston, MA.
A-Jay loved spending time with family and friends and whoever knew him loved him for his larger than life personality. He loved playing his many bass guitars and music. He loved feeding his intellectual curiosity with reading and watching documentaries and also a fan of Fine Arts. He was always also a great fan to the New England Patriots, Boston Bruins, Boston Red Sox and the Boston Celtics.
Family and friends will honor A-Jay's life by gathering at the Ruggiero Family Memorial Home North Shore, 10 Chestnut Street, Peabody on Saturday, May 14th from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. A prayer service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Family and friends are respectfully invited at 3:00 P.M. to share memories and stories about Anthony to all in attendance. May he rest in peace.
