Spanos, Timothy E., of Amesbury, formerly Peabody, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on November 14, 2023 at 66 years of age.
Loving son of the late Ernest and Mary (Zarules) Spanos.
Devoted husband of Janet M. (Karpinski) Spanos.
Devoted brother of Virginia Spanos and her life partner Dana Jones of Lynn.
Beloved brother in law of Natalie Maga and her late husbands Thomas Maga and Al Therrien of Peabody, Linda Lincoln and husband John of Beverly, Angelina Karpinski and the late Raymond of Texas.
Cherished uncle of Thomas Maga, Pattiann Belanger, Annette Karpinski, Stacy Grover, Abby Harrington, and Todd Lincoln and a very special great-niece Avry Harrington.
Also survived by his many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and very dear friends.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to visiting hours at the Ruggiero Family Memorial Home, North Shore Chapel, 10 Chestnut Street, Peabody, on Sunday, November 19th from 2:00 to 6:00 P.M. and again on Monday morning at 11:00 A.M. A prayer service will take place in our chapel at Noontime. Committal services are private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Timothy's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105, or online here or to a Charity of your choice.
Timothy was a member of AOH Peabody and of PRLACC in Danvers. Timothy was also the retired City Clerk for the City of Peabody for many years.
